As an HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Building Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all building systems are functioning optimally. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust safety culture within the organization.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Provide training and education to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement waste management and recycling programs.
- Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure the highest standards of safety and environmental sustainability.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation for regulatory submissions and internal reviews.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE and building management roles.
- Certification in OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems (EMS).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
