You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs using PMS and CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and stay details.
• Promote local attractions and services to enhance the guest's stay.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid work permit for Bali is required.
