📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and timely tax filings.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN, PPh, and VAT.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records.
• Provide training and mentorship to the accounting team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in tax compliance (e.g., Akuntan Pajak Indonesia - API) is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
