📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals
- Assist customers with their banking needs and provide excellent customer service
- Process financial transactions using our in-house banking software
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Provide information and advice on banking products and services
- Manage cash handling procedures to prevent theft and ensure security
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve daily targets
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or banking
- Proven ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and security
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with basic banking software and systems
- Valid ID and proof of residence in Papua Tengah
