Sun Bay Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers through various communication channels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist with customer needs.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
