Provide expert guidance and support in desktop, hardware, and SCCM technologies to clients and internal teams.,Assist in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SCCM to ensure optimal performance and functionality.,Conduct training and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on best practices for desktop and hardware management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in desktop, hardware, and SCCM to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.,Document technical processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.,Participate in project planning and execution to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in desktop and hardware technologies.,Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
