📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of store associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Understanding of inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
