📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement spa programs and services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and mentor spa therapists to maintain high levels of skill and professionalism.,Monitor spa inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies and cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and attract new guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness trends.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in spa management or related fields are a plus.
