Ciena is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Red Team Operator to join our cybersecurity team. This role is crucial in our ongoing efforts to protect our clients' networks and systems from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in penetration testing, red teaming, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting penetration tests on client networks and systems to identify vulnerabilities.,Developing and implementing red teaming strategies to simulate cyber attacks.,Providing actionable recommendations to clients to improve their cybersecurity posture.,Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.,Collaborating with the cybersecurity team to ensure comprehensive coverage of all potential threats.,Documenting all findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.,Assisting in the training and development of junior team members.,Participating in client meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing and red teaming.,Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or CISSP are a plus.,Strong knowledge of various penetration testing tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and reporting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with cloud security and web application security is a plus.
