Senior Customer Quality Assurance Engineer - Manufacturing & Logistics

Schott Singapore Pte Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Manufacturing & Logistics team. This is a full-time position based in Badung, Bali, Indonesia. The salary range for this role is IDR 25,000,000 - 40,000,000 per year.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
• Ensure that all quality assurance processes and procedures are documented and easily accessible to all team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on Manufacturing & Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and IATF 16949.
• Proven experience in conducting quality audits and inspections, and analyzing quality data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with quality assurance software and tools, such as SAP, QAD, or similar, is a plus.
