📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of staff to ensure they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the restaurant meets its financial targets.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
