Rejeki Joko Electronics is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials and methods.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in conducting training sessions in a remote setting.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
