📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and recruiters to source top talent.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven success in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
