📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses to determine the skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.,Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to reach a wide audience of potential candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.
