📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate suitability.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
