📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and platforms.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
