📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
