Indonesia Telecom is seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance, and ensure high availability.,Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and software licenses.,Provide training and documentation to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
