Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and develop strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales and account management strategies.,Conduct regular client reviews and provide reports on account performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing key client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
