Conduct recruitment and selection processes to find the best candidates for our team.,Manage employee relations, including performance management and employee development.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide support to the management team on HR-related matters.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Experience in conducting training and development programs is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
