Hokian Lestari Coffee is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and strategic skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the accounting department and provide guidance and support.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure internal controls are in place.,Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a management position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.,Experience with financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
