📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive store environment.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
