📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities and ensure project timelines are met,Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained,Monitor project budgets and report on variances,Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols,Resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices,Familiarity with project management software and tools,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
