📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and communication.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide feedback to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong understanding of tea processing and distribution operations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
