📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the food and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality and service.,Supervise and train junior staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining areas.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in inventory management and cost control.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and cost control.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Experience with POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards is a plus.
