📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of the department, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth.,Ensure the department's goals and objectives are met, and that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Monitor and evaluate department performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant strategies to keep the department competitive.,Represent the department at meetings and events, and ensure the department's voice is heard.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and project management software.
