Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.,Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, including managing reservations and room assignments.,Perform housekeeping duties, including making beds, changing linens, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.,Prepare and serve meals and beverages as requested by guests, ensuring high-quality service.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and decorating event spaces.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are addressed.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with guests.,Work collaboratively with the hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with housekeeping and food service procedures and protocols.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skillsparticularly Englishwould be a plus.Experience with event planning and coordination is a plus.Knowledge of local culture and customs is a plus.
