📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.,Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and sales activities to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network with potential clients and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
