📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and timely tax filings.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN, PPh, and VAT.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records.
- Provide training and mentorship to the accounting team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification in tax compliance (e.g., Akuntan Pajak Indonesia - API) is a plus.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
