One Spot Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and promotions.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and network with other professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
