📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.
• Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
• Track and manage fuel consumption and costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance.
• Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or breakdowns promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
