📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with branch managers to ensure smooth daily operations
• Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Maintain and update internal communication systems, including email and intranet
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational procedures
• Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or financial environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Certification in Project Management or Business Process Improvement is a plus
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
