📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Manage and maintain branch finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
